Allow Time to Adjust

Orthopaedic pillows are designed differently from traditional pillows. Rather than simply cushioning the head, they are shaped to support natural cervical alignment and healthier sleep posture.

For this reason, an adjustment period of 7–14 nights is common. During this time, your neck and muscles adapt to improved positioning and structured support. We recommend allowing this adjustment period before deciding whether the pillow is suitable for you.

What the 30-Night Comfort Guarantee Means

If, after giving the pillow sufficient time to adjust, you feel it is not suitable for your comfort needs, you may submit a return request within 30 nights of receiving your pillow, in line with our returns policy.

The guarantee is intended to give you confidence when purchasing an orthopaedic pillow and the opportunity to experience its support properly at home.

  • The product must be returned in good, sellable condition with the original packaging.
  • Any delivery charges paid as part of the original purchase are excluded from the refunded amount.
