What is your Returns Policy?
We offer a 30-Night Comfort Guarantee on our orthopaedic pillows to ensure customers have adequate time to adjust to improved neck support.
Orthopaedic pillows are designed to encourage healthier positioning and may feel different at first. We recommend allowing 7–14 nights for adjustment before considering a return.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, you’ll need to submit a return request through our website.
Once submitted:

- If approved, we’ll contact you with the next steps and instructions
Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Yes. A small returns fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
This helps cover return shipping and processing and allows us to keep our pricing fair and sustainable.
Please note that any delivery charges paid as part of the original purchase are non-refundable.
What condition must the item be returned in?
Returned items must be in good, sellable condition, securely wrapped, and returned with the original packaging.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that are excessively damaged or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
How long does a refund take once a return is approved?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider.
